Stephanie + Josh | A Lush Blush Garden Wedding

I knew from the first consultation with Stephanie and her mom, that this wedding was going to be amazing.  Talk about a bride with a vision....Stephanie knew EXACTLY what she wanted.  She even purchased the amazing crystal globes featured on the escort card table 3 years before she was even engaged!!!  The blush and ivory color palette was perfect for their garden ceremony and ballroom reception.  As soon as the guests entered into the ballroom, a grand estate table with lush flora and candles of varying heights was the perfect focal point.  That was only one aspect of the absolute gorgeousness that blanketed the entire wedding day!!

The cutest, smallest bridal party members to ever grace the earth!!!

The guests were entertained by dueling pianists.  The coolest thing ever!

Art In Bloom Images

Last weekend I had the opportunity to participate in the High Museum of Arts' Art in Bloom exhibit.  Floral designers from all over the country chose a piece of art within the museum's permanent collection to interpret through floral design.  The piece I chose was Specchio d'Italia (Mirror of Italy), which was the coolest floor mirror made to look like the Italian flag.   It was such a surreal experience to see art enthusiast admire my interpretation.  Of course it was Ciao Bella!!!

A modified color block arrangement of white hydrangeas, green hanging amaranthus, red Corazon roses, and variegated aspidistra.

Here are a few of the other designers interpretations. Just amazing talent all around!

This was one of my favorites!!!

Susie + Dan | A Fabulous Fall Fete

Susie and Dan held a fabulous fall fete at the Fox Theatre in late August. Their ceremony took place at the couples church, Peachtree Road United Methodist Church utilizing the church's grand architecture as their backdrop. They were the most laid back, loving couple that definitely knew how to throw party!  The Neon's band made sure the dance floor was packed all night long,  They topped the night off with a cover of Fun's "We are Young"!  The personal images provided by Solstice Images.

Susie chose a classic monochromatic bouquet of white garden roses, lisianthus, freesia, sweet pea and spray roses.

The most adorable flower girl, carried a floral wand with streamers and a hair wreath to match!

The vibrant fall hues of the bridesmaids bouquets popped against their short satin black dresses.  Their bouquets consisted of mini calla lilies, cymbidium orchids, dahlias, roses, and accent greenery.
